层连接蛋白受体、E-钙粘附蛋白和增殖细胞核抗原 在胃癌中的表达及其意义

Abstract:

目的探讨层连接蛋白受体、E-钙粘附蛋白和增殖细胞核抗原在胃癌中的表达及其意义。方法对我院1994～1998年经病理诊断明确、随访资料完整的65例胃癌组织标本、35例癌旁组织,采用免疫组化法检测LN-R、E-cad和PCNA的表达情况,并分析其与胃癌临床特征、预后间的关系。结果胃癌中LN-R阳性表达率为38.5%,癌旁组织为9.7%,二者间差异有统计学意义(P=0.004);E-cad阳性表达率为72.3%,癌旁组织为94.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);PCNA胃癌中的阳性表达率为100%,癌旁组织为76.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。胃癌组织中LN-R阳性表达与肿瘤大小、大体形态、浸润深度、淋巴结转移、临床分期密切相关(P<0.05);阳性表达者根治术后复发转移率及病死率均高于阴性者(P<0.05)。胃癌组织中E-cad阳性表达与淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05);胃癌组织中PCNA阳性表达与临床各参数无关。结论胃癌组织中存在着LN-R、PCNA蛋白高表达、E-cad蛋白低表达现象,LN-R与胃癌侵袭转移的发生密切相关。
