彩色三维打印机控制系统的开发

Abstract:
三维打印成型技术是集机械、自动控制、精密控制、计算机技术等为一体的先进制造技术.在对研制的彩色三维打印成型系统的结构及工作流程的基础上,进行了控制系统的总体设计,研究了基于TRIO运动控制卡的多轴协调运动规划、上千个微细喷嘴的数字化喷墨控制方式、喷墨控制主板及副板的设计方法等.该控制系统能把数据处理软件传来的每层彩色图像采用"按需喷墨"的喷射方式控制微细喷嘴的开、关,从而实现彩色成型件的快速制作.
