间型脉孢菌产类胡萝卜素研究

Abstract:

筛选了一株产类胡萝卜素的间型脉孢菌(Neurosporaintermedia),研究了该菌发酵过程中培养条件、添加物和光照条件对类胡萝卜素产量的影响.实验结果表明,间型脉孢菌产类胡萝卜素的适宜温度为30℃;当培养基中添加了1.5mg/L没食子酸和0.05g/L植酸钙后,所培养菌丝中类胡萝卜素含量分别可达46.44和54.03(μg/g干菌体),比对照产量分别提高了100%和133%(以干菌体计);增加光照对菌体产类胡萝卜素也有明显的促进作用,与对照相比,类胡萝卜素产量提高了73.7%.间型脉孢菌孢子中类胡萝卜素含量明显高于菌丝含量,达145.5μg/g孢子.固体培养时产孢量大,因此物料中类胡萝卜素产量可达81.94μg/g干曲.
