飞灰颗粒撞击顺列光管管束的数值模拟研究

Abstract:

对水泥窑窑头余热锅炉(AQC)内颗粒撞击顺列光管进行了数值模拟,研究了不同横纵向间距、管束直径及颗粒入口速度等因素对飞灰颗粒撞击管束行为的影响,得出了飞灰颗粒横掠顺列光管管束的运动规律.采用飞灰颗粒通过率及碰撞率的无因次关联式来表征其与各个影响因素的关系.研究结果表明管径及管间横向间距增大使得颗粒通过率增大,碰撞率降低;颗粒入口速度及纵向间距增大,使得颗粒通过率降低,碰撞率增大.
