瓦斯燃烧器火焰回流区的数值分析

Abstract:

对一种瓦斯燃烧器的火焰流场进行了数值计算,根据计算结果对火焰回流区进行了分析.针对瓦斯燃烧器的结构特点,将燃烧区域的流动简化为二维轴对称流动.对不同空气和瓦斯流速时的计算结果表明,火焰中心及两排空气引射管间出现回流区,火焰中心的回流区占主要地位.空气流速越高,回流区越大,但回流区距燃烧器出口越近,甚至进入燃烧器.瓦斯流速对火焰回流区的作用规律与空气相反,瓦斯流速较高时,中心回流区将显著变小,距燃烧器出口距离较远,两排空气引射管间的回流区消失.计算结果可为瓦斯燃烧器选用适当的空气和瓦斯流速提供依据.
