蓄电池在线监测两个关键技术的研究

Abstract:

在分析比较已有的各种蓄电池电压测量方法的基础上,提出了在蓄电池监测仪器研发方面的两个关键技术一是采用低价格、高精度、高共模抑制比的INA148差动放大器芯片,组成一种线性采样电路,并以ARM(STM32F103ZE)微处理器为核心,作为下位机负责采集N路蓄电池单节电压和温度等参数的巡检;二是选用RS485作为单片机与上位机实现远距离通信的串行接口,将定时采集的数据进行处理和向上位机传送,并通过“逻辑分析仪”为蓄电池的在线监测和故障快速诊断提供准确的技术参数.该技术已成功用于一种新型蓄电池组监测仪的研发,并在徐塘发电公司等企业得到了推广应用.
