基于Pspice仿真的高频直流变换器的传导EMI噪声关键技术研究

Abstract:

对高频直流变换器的直流传导EMI噪声进行了理论与仿真分析,研究了DC_LISN的电路结构,根据其理论模型建立了对应的仿真模型及其噪声提取模型;此外,根据不同无源器件的高频模型,建立了Boost、Buck变换器的高频电路仿真模型,运用Pspice软件对比分析了高频寄生参数的存在对于高频直流变换器的直流传导EMI噪声的影响,仿真结果证明了分析方法的有效性.
