微小空间多孔表面临界沸腾实验与分析

Abstract:

通过实验研究与观察,首次提出并证明了微小空间粉末多孔薄层表面上几个不同的沸腾传热阶段.与光滑表面上的沸腾有着本质的不同的是,多孔表面上临界沸腾只有在多孔薄层表面以上形成纯蒸汽膜时才能发生,而临界沸腾热流比光滑表面高1~2倍.综合实验结果得出多孔薄层表面上临界沸腾热流计算关联式.
