固相反应制备Pt/C催化剂及其对甲醇的电催化氧化

Abstract:

运用固相反应方法制备得Pt质量分数为20%的Pt/C催化剂,并通过X射线衍射、透射电镜和电化学分析方法比较了制得的催化剂与ETEK公司Pt/C催化剂、传统液相反应方法制得的Pt/C催化剂间的性能差别.结果表明运用固相反应方法和传统液相化学反应方法制得的Pt/C催化剂中,Pt粒子的平均粒径分别为38nm和85nm;并且,利用固相反应方法制得的Pt/C催化剂拥有较高的电化学活性面积,其对甲醇的电催化氧化活性和稳定性与ETEK公司的Pt/C催化剂相当,远远优于传统的液相反应方法制得的Pt/C催化剂.
