响应面优化野艾蒿二咖啡酰奎尼酸的高效提取

Abstract:

采用响应面优化野艾蒿二咖啡酰奎尼酸的提取工艺.考察乙醇浓度、温度、时间、料液比4个重要因素对二咖啡酰奎尼酸得率的影响.在乙醇浓度72%、温度53℃、提取时间102min、料液比154(g/mL)条件下,二咖啡酰奎尼酸的提取率为91%,得率达3.30%;LC/MS等方法对野艾蒿中二咖啡酰奎尼酸的定量结果表明,野艾蒿中二咖啡酰奎尼酸由3,5-diCQA、4,5-diCQA和1,5-diCQA组成,其含量分别为14.2、10.5和8.3mg/g,因而野艾蒿是一种二咖啡酰奎尼酸含量丰富的材料.
