吸液芯热管设计因素分析与修正

Abstract:

分析了20~150℃低温热管的工作液体和吸液芯结构的选择.对于多层组合型丝网吸液芯,热管内毛细压力差应以吸液芯外层细孔丝网的当量半径计算,接触角宜采用60°,因为计算值比实验值高,所以设计值还需要乘以2/3的修正系数;组合型丝网吸液芯内的凝结液流动阻力可以用内层粗孔丝网的渗透率和流通面积计算;丝网吸液芯低温热管设计中毛细极限是首要考虑的传热极限
