溴化四乙铵催化合成碳酸乙烯酯反应研究

Abstract:

为探索一种具有工业应用价值的碳酸乙烯酯生产工艺(EC),采用环氧乙烷(EO)与二氧化碳为原料,以高催化活性、易于获取且价格低廉的溴化四乙铵(TEAB)为催化剂,采用单变量考察以及正交实验的方法,探索了反应温度、反应压力、催化剂质量分数、反应时间以及初始进料EC与EO的比例对EC收率的影响,以求高收率地得到EC产品.研究表明,在5.5MPa,180℃,催化剂TEAB与EO的质量百分比为0.3%,反应时间为120min,初始进料配比EC/EO为1.0的反应条件下,EC收率可以达到98%.实验验证了该催化剂的活性在11次循环后仍保持稳定.
