一种新型梁柱装配式刚性节点的非线性静力分析

Abstract:

梁柱装配式刚性节点是一种新型节点,它具有构造简单、整体性能高、安装方便等优点。在采用等强度设计方法对新型梁柱装配式刚性节点初步设计的基础上,考虑几何、材料和状态三重非线性,利用ABAQUS软件进行了三维非线性有限元分析;通过变化节点参数,研究了此类节点在静力荷载作用下的破坏模式及荷载-位移曲线,得到了节点的破坏模式及承载力随几何参数的变化规律。研究结果表明新型刚性节点的承载力略高于传统形式的节点。在对比分析的基础上,给出了新型刚性节点几何参数的取值范围拼接板长度1.6h0?l1?1.9h0;拼接板的面积要满足A1/A?1.2;梁预留段长度1.6h0?l0?2h0,其中A1为拼接板的横截面面积,A为梁翼缘横截面面积,h0为梁有效截面高度。
