Abstract:

【】 血管型轻度认知功能障碍(vascularmildcognitiveimpairment,V-MCI)是与小血管疾病密切相关的MCI的一种亚型,是一组临床早期出现的处于正常老化与痴呆之间的过渡状态。近年来,随着影像学技术逐渐成熟并应用于临床研究,国内外很多学者从神经影像学角度对V-MCI患者进行了初步研究,发现其脑结构及功能均存在异常。文章综述了相关的研究进展,为进一步系统了解该病提供了重要依据。
