轮状病毒腹泻研究进展

Abstract:

轮状病毒是婴幼儿腹泻最重要的病原体,同样也是造成发展中国家婴幼儿腹泻死亡的主要原因,轮状病毒腹泻已成为一项重要的公共卫生问题,其防治问题引起人们的高度重视。现就轮状病毒的结构、发病机制、临床表现及防治轮状病毒腹泻的研究现状及进展作一综述。
