溢液性乳腺肿瘤的选择性乳腺导管造影表现及鉴别诊断价值

【】目的探讨选择性乳腺导管造影对溢液性乳腺肿瘤的鉴别诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2005年1月-2009年7月50例溢液性乳腺肿瘤资料，所有患者均行钼靶X线平片摄影、选择性乳腺导管造影检查及手术病理确诊。结果17例乳腺癌主要表现为分支导管内不规则的充盈缺损伴导管壁破坏，导管阻塞中断、断续征、潭湖状充盈等征象；33例乳腺导管内乳头状瘤主要表现为大导管内光整的充盈缺损，导管壁多无破坏，并伴有导管扩张以及扭曲。结论选择性乳腺导管造影对溢液性乳腺肿瘤诊断和鉴别诊断具有重要价值。？【Abstract】ObjectiveToevaluatethevalueofselectivemammaryductographyinthediagnosisofbreasttumourswithnippledischarge.MethodsTheclinicaldataof50patientswithbreasttumourswithnippledischargediagnosedinourdepartmentformJanuary2005toJuly2009wereanalyzedretrospectively.Allpatientswereprovedbymolybdenumtargetmammography,selectivemammaryductographyandpathology.ResultsSeventeenpatientswithbreastcancer’sgalactographicfeaturesweremostlyirregularintraductaldefectwithductalwallbreakageandductalobstructionintheperipheralducts;33patientswithintraductalpapilloma’sgalactographicfeaturesweresmoothintraductalfillingdefectwithductalwallintegrityandductaldilatationandtorsioninthemainducts.ConclusionsSelectivemammaryductographyisusefulindiagnosisanddifferentiationofthebreasttumourswithnippledischarge.
