Abstract:

【】 肛瘘及肛周脓肿是肛肠外科较常见疾病,其手术治疗对医生迄今仍是一个挑战,因为医生既希望手术根治疾病,防止复发,又要避免手术损伤引起大便失禁,因此术前准确定位至关重要。现代超声技术能准确定位肛瘘的内口、主管、支管、脓腔,能较为准确地显示瘘管与周围组织的关系,为医生制定个体化的手术方案提供帮助。现根据国内外发表的相关文献综述超声检查对肛瘘及肛周脓肿的诊断,以期对临床工作起到一定的指导作用。
