COOK促宫颈成熟球囊用于中期妊娠依沙吖啶引产术中的疗效观察

Abstract:

目的?探讨COOK促宫颈成熟球囊用于中期妊娠依沙吖啶引产术中的临床效果及安全性。方法?收集2011年1月-2012年12月孕16~28周引产者74例,随机分为研究组和对照组。研究组35例采用依沙吖啶羊膜腔注射联合COOK促宫颈成熟球囊引产,对照组39例采用依沙吖啶羊膜腔注射引产,比较两组引产临床效果和安全性。结果?研究组羊膜腔注射后至规律子宫收缩(宫缩)时间、规律宫缩至胎盘娩出时间和胎盘胎膜残留率分别为(29.68±4.17)h、(7.63±2.30)h和28.6%(10/35),对照组分别为(33.60±5.38)h、(9.86±3.20)h和56.4%(22/39),两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组引产出血量和引产成功率分别为(81.60±17.64)mL和100.0%(35/35),对照组分别为(83.82±15.08)mL和94.9%(37/39),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论?COOK促宫颈成熟球囊在中期妊娠依沙吖啶引产术中可缩短引产时间、减少胎盘胎膜残留,减轻产妇痛苦,值得应用推广。
