氟代脱氧葡萄糖正电子发射断层显像术/CT全身肿瘤显像图像质量分析及控制

Abstract:

目的?通过对氟代脱氧葡萄糖(18F-FDG)正电子发射断层显像术(PET)/CT全身肿瘤显像常见图像质量因素进行分析,探讨其控制方法,以提高PET/CT显像图像质量。方法?回顾性分析2011年3月-6月1000例行18F-FDG全身肿瘤显像患者的影像资料,根据PET/CT图像质量评判标准,得出标准片与非标准片。并对非标准片的相关因素进行分析,探讨整个检查流程中的质量控制。结果?标准片158例,占15.80%;非标准片842例,占84.20%。伪影是造成非标准片的主要因素(93.00%,783/842),其次依次为患者注射记录信息录入误差(2.49%,21/842),仪器因素(1.90%,16/842),扫描不全(0.95%,8/842),肌肉软组织摄取(0.83%,7/842),核素污染(0.59%,5/842),药物注射(0.24%,2/842)。废片率为5.80%(58/1000),重做率为2.20%(22/1000)。结论?影响PET/CT图像质量的因素复杂多样,贯穿于整个检查流程过程中,但大多可以控制,需要医、技、护、药相互协调配合。而设备严格的常规质量控制及维护、患者充分的准备、合适的体位选择、扫描野及参数的设置、后处理技术是影响图像质量的重要因素,需要技师充分掌握。
