Abstract:

胃癌在我国的发病率较高,由于肿瘤自身消耗、梗阻所致进食不畅、体重进行性下降、就诊时间晚等因素,机体往往处于严重营养不良状态,从而影响患者术后恢复及生存质量。近年来,营养支持在胃癌患者中的应用成为临床研究的热点之一,现回顾分析相关文献,对营养支持在胃癌患者围手术期的应用现状进行综述。
