CD4+ T细胞介导的免疫反应在面神经损伤修复中的作用

Abstract:

随着神经免疫学的发展,越来越多的研究表明免疫系统和神经系统之间存在着相互作用,最近研究也发现,CD4+T细胞介导的获得性免疫反应对面神经损伤后的面运动神经元活性的维持起着重要作用,其具体细胞亚群是由相关信号传导子及转录激活子介导的从CD4+T细胞分化来的Th2亚群。此类研究有助于指导相关临床工作。
