儿童前臂骨折弹性髓内针内固定术后骨折延迟愈合或不愈合相关影响因素的研究

Abstract:

随着弹性髓内针(ESIN)在儿童前臂骨折中的广泛应用,儿童前臂骨折ESIN内固定术后骨折延迟愈合或不愈合的发生率逐年增加,关于影响骨折愈合的相关因素目前仍存在广泛争议。如何有效避免相关影响因素提高儿童前臂骨折愈合率,成为目前儿童上肢矫形外科所面临的难题。现就其相关影响因素作一综述。
