水疗在运动系统疾病中的应用进展

Abstract:

水疗是康复治疗中一种有效的治疗技术和方法,目前日益受到重视,但限于运行水疗较困难而在国内应用受到限制,临床上实践技术和研究极少。运动系统疾病是水疗最主要的适应证,水疗独特的减重、温热、静水压作用具有明显的康复疗效,值得推广。现就水疗的作用机制、运动系统疾病水疗的病种、训练方法和研究进展作一综述。
