持续质量改进在腹腔镜下腹膜透析置管中的应用

Abstract:

目的 通过持续质量改进(CQI)措施,降低腹膜透析患者的术后漂管、堵管、漏液的发生率。方法 观察CQI前(2011年1月-2011年3月)的腹膜透析置管患者共29例,CQI后(2011年4月-2012年1月)的腹膜透析置管患者共41例,分析、总结患者术后漂管、堵管、漏液的可能原因。运用PDCA四步法设计,并实施降低术后漂管、堵管、漏液发生率的流程。结果 CQI后腹膜透析管功能障碍和漏液的发生率明显降低,分别由6.90%降至2.44%、44.83%降至9.76%。结论 通过CQI改进措施,腹腔镜下腹膜透析术腹透管漂管、漏液发生率均降低。
