Abstract:

β1,6分支型N-糖链是一类由N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖转移酶-Ⅴ催化生成的糖蛋白,位于细胞表面,其生物活性的变化与细胞的生物行为直接相关,参与细胞增殖,增强肿瘤细胞侵袭、转移能力。因此,对N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖转移酶-Ⅴ的生物功能的全面了解有助于对肿瘤发病机制的进一步把握,从而为恶性肿瘤的治疗提供指导。
