呼出气一氧化氮检测在支气管哮喘中的应用

Abstract:

【】呼出气一氧化氮(FeNO)作为一项无创、便捷的监测技术,能够测定气道炎症,特别对于重症哮喘不能行肺功能检测的患者,具有较高的临床可行性。其在支气管哮喘的诊断、评价严重程度、控制水平、指导用药和预测预后等方面有独特的临床价值,特别是FeNO在诊断支气管哮喘有较高的敏感性和特异性己基本达成共识,但各个研究设定的阈值不尽相同,还需要进一步研究;在评价哮喘的严重程度及控制水平方面价值是有限的;对指导用药的价值是临床争论最多的领域;预测(哮喘发作)预后,FeNO升高对预测哮喘患者病情发展均有所帮助,可使患者得到早期预防、治疗。但如何利用其更好的管理和监测哮喘还有待进一步探讨。
