基因多态性对抗抑郁药物疗效的影响

Abstract:

【】 抑郁症是临床常见精神疾病之一,疾病负担重,而有相当部分患者对抗抑郁药物治疗无效或效果较差。目前研究发现,抑郁症患者对药物治疗表现出遗传异质性,一些基因位点,如五羟色胺转运蛋白基因、五羟色胺2A受体、色氨酸羟化酶基因等,可能与抗抑郁药物疗效相关。本文总结了抗抑郁药物疗效相关基因多态性的研究现状及进展,对这些基因的深入阐释有助于在将来研发更为有效的药物,为抑郁症患者提供遗传背景个体化的治疗。
