脑深部电刺激对帕金森病认知功能的影响

Abstract:

【】帕金森病(Parkinson’sdisease,PD)是中老年人常见的神经系统变性疾病。脑深部电刺激(deepbrainstimulation,DBS)可以改善中晚期或药物难治性PD患者的运动症状、生活质量,并且丘脑底核脑深部电刺激(subthalamicnucleusdeepbrainstimulation,STNDBS)还可减少术后多巴胺能药物的治疗剂量,但DBS术后同时可出现认知功能、行为、情绪和精神等方面的变化。目前DBS对认知功能如语言功能、执行功能、记忆力、注意力、视功能和精神运动速度等方面的影响尚无一致的结论,现就DBS对认知功能各方面的影响进行综述。
