恶性肿瘤患者家属的负担来源及其影响

Abstract:

在社会心理肿瘤学的研究中,人们通常多关注于患者,而对其家属或其照顾者的关注相对较少,因而家属或照顾者的心理问题甚至精神症状得不到适当的干预,而家属长期的投入也很容易使其在物质和精神上产生巨大的负担。因此,分析家属的照顾负担来源及这些因素对他们的影响,并给予恶性肿瘤患者家属更多的关怀和帮助是十分必要的。现对这一论题作简要综述。
