小关节焦磷酸钙沉积症的临床病理分析

Abstract:

目的 探讨小关节焦磷酸钙沉积症(CPPD)的临床特点、病理特征、诊断及鉴别诊断要点。方法 对2013年3月-9月收治的4例CPPD患者的临床特点及病理学特征进行总结分析。结果 光学显微镜下病灶出现明显钙化伴不定形及晶体物质沉积,初诊均考虑非特异性钙化病变,经偏振光显微镜检查可见有特征性的双折光性菱形晶体确诊CPPD;其中1例合并有针状结晶,提示合并痛风。结论 CPPD较少见,普通组织形态无特异性,医生需结合病理检查(包括偏振光显微镜检查)及临床表现综合判断,以防漏诊或误诊。
