RAS相关区域家族1A基因在外阴癌中的表达及其意义

Abstract:

目的 探讨RAS相关区域家族1A基因(RASSF1A基因)的蛋白表达与外阴癌发生、发展的关系。方法 对2008年1月-2010年12月住院治疗的35例外阴鳞状细胞癌患者、12例外阴上皮内瘤变患者及9例因反复外阴瘙痒行外阴活体组织检查和病理检查证实为正常外阴组织患者的标本,采用免疫组织化学方法检测其RASSF1A蛋白表达情况,并分析RASSF1A蛋白表达与外阴癌临床病理特征之间的关系。结果 外阴正常组织、外阴上皮内瘤变组织及外阴癌组织两两相比,RASSF1A蛋白的表达均差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同年龄、分级、分期、癌灶部位及淋巴结转移情况的外阴癌组织中RASSF1A蛋白的表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 RASSF1A基因的蛋白表达缺失参与了外阴癌的发生,但与外阴癌的发展无明显的相关性;RASSF1A蛋白的表达水平与外阴癌的癌灶部位及发病年龄无明显的相关性。
