Abstract:

本文研究比较了田紫胶虫红、黄两种色型雌虫的核型。两种色型的染色体数目恒定,均为2n=2x=18。染色体类型基本一致:1-4为中部着丝点染色体(m),5-9为端部着丝点染色体(T),其中,黄色型第1、2、4对染色体呈棒状,第3对染色体为肾形,第5-9对染色体为椭圆形或长圆形;红色型第1对的2条染色体长度差异较大,第 2、3、4对染色体呈棒状,第5-9对染色体为椭圆形或长圆形。红、黄两种色型在长臂、短臂、臂比等方面存在一定差异,经t-检验,结果表明:2种色型差异不显著。核型公式为:Ky(2n,(?))=18=8m+10T=4L+4M2+4M1 +6S。
