沈阳市和平区2010年艾滋病自愿咨询检测情况分析

Abstract:

目的通过分析2010年沈阳市和平区艾滋病自愿咨询检测(VCT)结果的信息,了解艾滋病自愿咨询检测(VCT)人群艾滋病病毒感染情况,为防治艾滋病提供科学依据。方法收集2010年在沈阳市和平区艾滋病自愿咨询检测门诊自愿咨询检测者的基本信息,分析其性别、年龄、婚姻、文化程度等一般资料,求询原因与HIV感染率的关系。结果508名求询者中,18~39岁占87.4％;男女求询者性别比例为51,不安全的性行为是主要求询原因;检出HIV抗体阳性12份,阳性检出率为2.4％,其中通过男男同性性行为(MSM)感染8人,占66.7％;HIV抗体检出率在不同文化程度上差异有统计学意义(P结论沈阳地区艾滋病的传播方式以性传播途径为主,青壮年及男男性行为人群是艾滋病的易感人群,应加强青壮年及男男性行为人群防控艾滋病的干预力度,以遏制艾滋病的播散。
