部分脾动脉栓塞治疗地中海贫血12例疗效观察

Abstract:
目的探讨部分脾动脉栓塞术(PSE)治疗地中海贫血的疗效及临床意义。方法对12例地中海贫血患者行部分脾动脉栓塞术,观察术前和术后的血象变化、脾脏大小及并发症情况。结果显示全部患儿临床表现明星改善,术后2周及1个月复查血常规,HGB有显著升高(P结论PSE治疗地中海贫血是安全有效。
