三阴乳腺癌中C-myc和PTTG的表达与意义

Abstract:

目的检测三阴乳腺癌组织(TNBC)中C-myc和PTTG表达并探讨其意义。方法采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测56例TNBC组织和30例癌旁正常乳腺组织C-myc和PTTG的表达情况。结果TNBC组织中C-myc和PTTG表达定位于细胞核,其表达率分别为57.14%(32/56)和73.21%(41/56),明显高于癌旁正常组织(PPPPP结论C-myc和PTTG在TNBC中呈明显高表达,与TNBC的发生、发展和转移密切相关。
