实时荧光RT-PCR法快速检测流感病毒的应用研究

Abstract:

目的应用实时荧光RT-PCR快速检测2009~2012年河池市流感病毒核酸,为流感的预防控制提供科学依据。方法采集河池市哨点医院的流感样病例和暴发疫点现患病例的咽拭子标本,采用实时荧光RT-PCR方法进行流感病毒核酸检测分型。结果以实时荧光RT-PCR法检测2090份标本,流感病毒核酸阳性801份,总阳性率为38.28%。其中甲型H1N1流感468份,B型126份,季节性流感H1亚型14份,季节性流感H3亚型109份。结论实时荧光RT-PCR法检测流感病毒具快速、操作方便、特异性强、灵敏度高等优点,值得推广应用。
