厦门市82株结核分枝杆菌MLVA基因分型分析

Abstract:

目的分析厦门市结核分枝杆菌的分子流行病学特征,为肺结核病控制提供科学的分子流行病学等信息。方法选择15个可变数目串联重复位点(Variablenumbertandemrepeats,VNTR)位点,对来源于厦门市的临床分离菌株DNA进行检测,检测结果使用BioNumerics(Version4.5)软件进行聚类分析。结果82株结核分枝杆菌被分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ等6大基因群,以Ⅰ群为主,包含63(76.8%)个株菌;流动人口结核分枝杆菌基因群为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ,常驻人口为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ;流动人口与常驻人口的结核分枝杆菌VNTR基因型存在一定差异,但均以Ⅰ群为主。Ⅰ群菌株耐药性与其他基因群的耐药性差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论初步证实厦门市结核分枝杆菌菌株存在明显的基因多态性,流动人口与常驻人口流行株均以Ⅰ群流行为主,应加强此类菌株流行的监控。
