痤疮患者中Toll样受体的表达及其与IL-8和IL-12水平的相关性

Abstract:
目的探讨Toll样受体2(TLR2)在痤疮发病中的作用及其可能的机制。方法收集Ⅰ～Ⅳ级不同严重程度痤疮患者各35例，应用流式细胞术检测其外周血CD14+单核细胞（PBM）TLR2的表达，同时采用双抗体酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）检测血清IL-8、IL-12水平。另取35例正常人作为对照组。结果各组痤疮患者外周血单核细胞表面TLR2的表达均显著高于正常人对照组(P结论TLR2的表达水平和炎症因子的分泌与痤疮严重程度相关，TLR2的表达在痤疮的发生和发展中起重要作用。
