阿魏酸钠对心脏瓣膜病患者脑保护的疗效观察

Abstract:

目的观察阿魏酸钠对体外循环(ECC)下心脏瓣膜置换术患者的脑保护作用。方法选择2011年5月~2012年5月收治的心脏瓣膜病患者30例,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组15例。对照组常规ECC预充,实验组在对照组基础上加入阿魏酸钠8mg/kg,两组分别于手术前(T1),ECC结束(T2)、术后6h(T3)、术后24h(T4)检测血清丙二醛(MDA)浓度、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、神经元特异性烯化酶(NSE)和S-100β蛋白的表达水平。结果两组MDA、NSE、S-100β在T2~4时间点均高于对照组(PPP结论阿魏酸钠对ECC下心脏瓣膜置换术患者的脑损伤有保护作用,其与清除氧自由基(OFR),减少血清中的NSE、S-100β的表达有关。
