心踝血管指数早期筛查2型糖尿病大血管病变的应用价值

Abstract:

目的研究心踝血管指数早期筛查2型糖尿病患者大血管病变的临床应用。方法选择2009年12月至2012年9月入院接受治疗的80例2型糖尿病患者作为研究组,另外选取30例非糖尿病患者作为对照,对所有受试者进行病史的采集,监测患者血糖生化指标,同时进行颈部动脉彩色多普勒超声检测,心踝血管指数（CAVI）测定,分析CAVI同颈动脉硬化的相关性。以CAVI为因变量,年龄、血压、体重指数、血脂、空腹血糖和糖化血红蛋白等指标为自变量进行多元线性回归分析。结果糖尿病组患者体重指数、甘油三酯、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、颈动脉内膜中层厚度（IMT）、CAVI值及颈动脉斑块发生率均高于非糖尿病组,两组差异有统计学意义（P结论CAVI同糖尿病患者的IMT呈正相关,早期进行CAVI的测定可以预测大血管的病变。
