抵抗素联合胰岛素抵抗指数在2型糖尿病诊断中的价值

Abstract:

目的探讨抵抗素联合胰岛素抵抗指数在2型糖尿病诊断中的临床价值,为2型糖尿病的高危人群的筛检和预防提供科学依据。方法分别测定广州地区156例2型糖尿病患者和173例对照的抵抗素、空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素并计算胰岛素抵抗指数、TG、CHOL、HDL-CH、LDL-CH。结果T2DM与健康对照组比较,空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹胰岛素(FIN)、抵抗素(Resistin)、胰岛素抵抗指数和HDL-CH有显著性差异(P结论抵抗素在2型糖尿病的发生发展过程中起了重要作用;抵抗素联合胰岛素抵抗指数在2型糖尿病的诊断中有重要作用。
