南宁市1997~2012年疟疾监测结果分析

Abstract:

目的分析1997~2012年的疟疾监测结果,为制定有效防治对策提供依据。方法收集整理南宁市1997~2012年疟疾监测和疫情报告数据并进行统计分析。结果1997-2012年开展“三热”病人血检,其中常驻人口血检270580人,阳性2人,阳性率为0.07/万;流动人口血检18163人,阳性230人,阳性率为1.27%;共报告疟疾病例256例,无本地感染病例,男性高于女性,以农民工发病最多,年平均发病率为0.08/万。结论输入性疟疾对巩固防治成果构成了潜在威胁,流动人口疟疾监测仍是当前疟疾防治工作的重点。
