糖皮质激素联合泛昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的疗效观察

Abstract:

目的探讨早期小剂量应用糖皮质激素治疗带状疱疹的最佳疗程及安全性。方法选择145例带状疱疹患者,随机分为观察组75例和对照组70例,两组均常规口服泛昔洛韦、甲钴胺;肌注维生素B1、B12;外用炉甘石洗剂,疗程为9d。观察组在此基础上口服小剂量泼尼松,观察其最佳有效疗程及安全性。结果观察组在止痛、止疱、结痂、皮损痊愈时间明显优于对照组（PPP>0.05）。安全性方面两组均无明显的不良反应（P>0.05）。结论早期应用糖皮质激素治疗带状疱疹安全有效,疗程以6天内为最佳。
