人参治疗糖尿病及作用机制研究进展

Abstract:

当前,随着人们饮食结构和生活习惯的改变,糖尿病已经成为人类疾病的第三位死亡病症,严重威胁着人们的健康甚至生命。目前,国内外许多学者都在天然药物中寻找糖尿病补充治疗剂,以期减少糖尿病药物的副作用并改善症状,提高生活质量。人参在我国和东亚的应用已有数千年,作为滋补强身的药材闻名世界。众多研究显示,人参及其有效活性成分具有抗糖尿病作用,人参作为治疗糖尿病及其并发症的药物应用引起了科学界的极大关注,取得了长足的发展。本文综述人参活性成分治疗糖尿病作用,为人参及其活性成分在治疗糖尿病及其并发症领域的进一步开发提供思路。
