广西食源性与禽源性沙门氏菌血清型分布及耐药性研究

Abstract:

目的了解广西食源性与禽源性沙门氏菌的菌型分布与耐药情况,为临床用药提供依据。方法随机采集农贸市场生鸡肉和大型养鸡场鸡肛拭标本,按照GB4789.4-2010进行沙门氏菌分离鉴定及血清分型,药敏试验采用微量肉汤稀释法(MIC)。结果158份生鸡肉样本沙门氏菌检出率为22.78%,血清型以德尔卑沙门氏菌为主;194份鸡肛拭样本沙门氏菌检出率为13.92%,血清型以肠炎沙门氏菌为主。分离自鸡肛拭和生鸡肉中沙门氏菌对四环素、萘啶酸、氯霉素、氨苄青霉素耐药率分别为74.07%(58.33%)、85.18%(72.22%)、80.76%(63.89%)、55.56%(47.22%),5重耐药株分别占40.74%(38.89%)。结论广西食源性和与禽源性沙门氏菌菌型不同,均有高耐药和多重耐药。应当限制抗生素在食源性动物饲养过程中的应用,确保食品安全。
