尘肺病PET/CT误诊肺癌1例报告并文献复习

Abstract:

目的探讨PET/CT对尘肺病的诊断价值。方法分析1例经PET/CT误诊为肺癌的尘肺病患者的临床资料、影像学、实验室和手术病理结果,并复习国内外相关文献。结果患者为60岁男性,因体检发现双肺多发结节,行PET/CT提示右肺小结节及纵隔、双肺门小淋巴结,糖代谢增高,考虑肺癌。入院后行胸腔镜下右肺上叶楔形切除术,术后病理证实为尘肺病。结论尘肺病PET/CT发现的高代谢病灶容易误诊为肺癌,其对尘肺病的诊断价值尚不确切,需要更深入的研究,探索新的解决方案。
