Hp感染对胃黏膜FOXP3和TGF-β1及IL-10表达的影响

Abstract:

目的研究Hp感染对胃黏膜FOXP3、TGF-β1、IL-10表达的影响。方法采用原位杂交和ELISA法检测Hp感染与未感染患者胃黏膜活检组织中FOXP3mRNA、TGF-β1mRNA的表达和IL-10的含量;用ELISA法检测胃黏膜上皮细胞GES-1与Hp共培养后的TGF-β1、IL-10含量。结果(1)Hp感染阳性患者胃黏膜组织中FOXP3mRNA、TGF-β1mRNA的阳性表达率及IL-10的含量较Hp感染阴性患者明显增高(分别为PPPPPP+CD25+FOXP3+Treg细胞,诱导胃黏膜细胞分泌TGF-β和IL-10,从而抑制胃粘膜局部免疫,促进Hp的免疫逃逸和持续性感染。
