氨解H_2[TiO(C_2O_4)_2]制备纳米氮化钛粉体

Abstract:

用氨解H_2[TiO(C_2O_4)_2]前驱体的方法成功制备出了纳米TiN粉体。通过X射线衍射分析了氨解温度和时间对氮化钛形成的影响以及形成机理。用透射电镜和扫描电子显微镜观察了氮化钛粉体的形貌和粒径。结果表明1050℃氨解H_2[TiO(C_2O_4)_2]_2h所得纳米TiN粉体呈颗粒状,平均粒径约70nm,粒径大小较均匀。750℃H_2[TiO(C_2O_4)_2]氨解时形成TiO_2和TiO,随氨解温度升高和时间延长,最后形成立方相TiN。提高氨解温度有利于前驱体的氨解,并可缩短TiN的形成时间。
