pH值对共沉淀-水热法合成Pr-CeO_2粉体性能的影响(英文)

Abstract:

以Ce(NO_3)_3·6H_2O、Pr_6O_(11)为原料,聚乙二醇为表面分散剂,采用共沉淀剂-水热法制备了Pr-CeO_2纳米粉体。采用X射线衍射仪、比色计、Raman光谱、透射电镜研究了不同pH值对粉体晶体结构、呈色性能和形貌的影响。结果表明碱性水热环境下,Pr部分溶解于CeO_2晶格。易生成分散性较好的小晶粒。酸性水热环境下,晶粒的发育更完善,晶粒尺寸变大,Pr在CeO_2晶格中的溶解度增大,氧空穴浓度也增大。
