超重力燃烧合成熔铸Al_2O_3陶瓷晶粒刻面形貌的形成机理

Abstract:

晶体学刻面形貌是超重力燃烧合成熔铸制备Al2O3陶瓷的一个重要微观结构特征,这种刻面形貌的形成取决于熔铸制备技术本身的液固界面结构,而液–固界面结构又由界面热力学所决定。通过对界面热力学的计算可知Al2O3陶瓷凝固过程中微观液–固界面Gibbs自由能最低时所对应的稳定界面结构为光滑界面即刻面。
